5 Great Morning Habits to Start Your Day

It is easy to forget to stick to good morning habits, so we have listed some quick and easy ones to get you started that will help you begin your day the right way.

1.    Journal / Meditate

Even if it’s just for 10 mins, take the time to breathe, think of the things you’re grateful for and set your intention for the day

2.    Make time for breakfast

Making your morning food routine one that you look forward to so thaty you are set up for the day and are not reaching for a pastry at 11am.

3.    Create a priority to do list each morning

Decide when you wake up what your priorities are for the day. Don’t overwhelm yourself trying to do everything – start to master your time

4.    Re-hydrate

You’ve just been asleep all night so your body is probably a little de-hydrated, a nice glass of water will help with that and get your digestion woken up ready for your breakfast

5.    Stay off social media for at least the first hour of the day

Above all, our number one tip is to try not to scroll through social platforms until you’ve at least fully woken up and started your day off with a bang. Nothing interesting has probably happened since you were asleep anyway.
