How does your free preview work?

Whether you're an individual instructor managing your own classes or a growing studio, you have better things to do than shop for a new booking system. That's why we've taken the hassle out of the process.

If you share your current schedule with us, we'll fully onboard your business in a no-obligation, completely free preview of Instabook - your classes, your schedule, your brand, no fuss - usually within 48 hours of your initial request.

From there, clients who love the system and want to use Instabook in their business can usually get up and running within half an hour.

Will Instabook work with my existing or new Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix or custom website?

Yep! Your Instabook schedule and pricing links can be dropped in to any button or link on your website. Once your clients click these buttons or links, they'll be taken directly to the corresponding page on your Instabook schedule.

What's up with your "Free" version?

Instabook is built and managed differently by design. We use evolving technology platforms and market-leading partners to add features quickly and efficiently while keeping costs low, then we pass those savings on to our clients.

That said, any monthly cost can be too much for some instructors and studios, so we created a click-led version of Instabook that places non-competitive advertisements for complimentary products within the booking process and system notifications. These can take the form of confirmation pop-ups, banner ads in automated emails and other non-invasive placement.

To be clear, we don't (and won't ever) advertise competitive services to yours within this flow.

Are there any charges beyond your monthly fees?

Nope - Instabook doesn't charge you anything beyond our monthly fees. That said, we do partner with Stripe for payments given their impressive track record for security, reliability and ease of use. Depending on your region, Stripe charges 1-3% of transaction value plus a small per-transaction fee.

Charges on UK transactions are 1.4% + 20p. Charges on US transactions are 2.9% + 30c.

Can I use Instabook to manage my vacation rental / party boat / meeting rooms / dog grooming business?

Sure...but it'll probably be more hassle than it's worth. We're optimizing Instabook to work as well as possible to manage classes, courses and workshops. And while we have clients using it outside those areas, there are certainly better-placed platforms for booking those products and services.
